Objectives / Goals

- the formation of professionals in the domain of sanitary management, at European standards, the development of specialists capable of generating pertinent solutions in concordance with the changes and the instability of reforms underwent by the Romanian society
- the replacement of the classical, theoretical Romanian teaching system with a pragmatic approach, one that could highlight personal contributions as well as theoretical input that needs to be assimilated
- implementation of an occidental (modular courses, online bibliography, informal settings) and development of research projects
- establishing long-term collaborations with American and European professors in the perspective of developing master programs with double-recognised diploma
- acquisition of knowledge for both professional and personal development

Admittance at the Master will be made based on:

- a CV and a letter of application
- an interview (hold) in English

Career perspectives

The knowledge and the skills acquired during the Master studies offer large perspectives to assume a managerial job in the health system. The profile of the courses and the approach of teaching methods follow the path/pattern of the structural reform of the system.

The orientation for leadership jobs (managerial jobs) in the health system: hospital manager, department responsible, head of the County Public Health Department, director of the County Public Health Department, head of the County Health Insurance Department, director of the County Health Insurance Department researcher or program coordinator in the area of public health.
